Dashboard & Visor Mounted Permit Holders

Taxi cab drivers, bus drivers and operators of other officially sanctioned vehicles are, in many communities, required by local ordinances to display a taxi operator's license in clear view of their passengers. Finding something to use as a permit holder has been a challenge. No longer.

Today's busy dashboards often make it impossible to find space for both a meter and a dash-mounted permit holder. ATLA has developed the Model V Visor Mounted ID Caddy, shown to the right. It's velcro straps allow you to easily attach it to the car's sun visor. The mesh pouch (full length of the caddy) provides much needed storage space for note pads, log books and what have you.
      Here's a picture of the visor mounted caddy in one of my cars. Notice that there is plenty of room behind the see through mesh pouch on the right hand side of the caddy for papers or cards. Also, there's a half-length zip-up pouch directly behind the plastic city license window and another full-length zip-up pouch that lets you store maps or larger papers in the back.
